GRENADA - LaVerne White McCollum, 83, formerly of Tupelo, died Saturday, Nov. 25, 2006, at the Grenada Lake Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born April 6, 1923, in Tupelo to Daniel Wesley White and Viola Irene Stanley. She had lived in Grenada for the last three years. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She loved her family.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Priceville Cemetery with Sammy Lansdell officiating. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
Visitation will be from noon until service time Tuesday.
