KRISTA MILLER Saltillo - Krista Rai Miller, 56, died Friday, June 22, 2012, at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born in Erie, Pennsylvania on September 19, 1955. She had lived the last fifteen years in Mississippi. She had been employed with Advanced Innovation in Baldwyn from 2006. She enjoyed reading, rescuing stray animals, cooking and spending time with her daughter and family. Services will be 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2012, at The Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Matt Parker and Rev. Monte Foxx officiating. Survivors include her daughter, Lindsey Miller of Saltillo; her sisters, Carol Sloan (William) of Saltillo, Susan Van Cise and Sarah Rocky (David) of Okeechobee, Florida; her biological father, Robert Southard (Rose) of Erie, Pennsylvania; her uncle, James Gearhart of Waterford, Pennsylvania; ex-husband, Roger Miller of Jackson; niece, Skylar Sloan of Saltillo; three nephews, Cade Barnard of Saltillo, David Rocky, Jr. and Danny Rocky of Okeechobee, Florida. The family would like thank The Sanctuary Hospice House for their kindness and Rev. Monte Fox for her spiritual guidance. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Nancy and Arthur Van Cise; grandparents, Alberta and James Gearhart and Blanche Perry.
