KIM DAHLKE, R.N. Saltillo - Kimberly Hurt Dahlke, R.N. 54, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015, at her home. She was born in Ripley on September 22, 1960 to Kenneth and Betty Spires Hurt. She graduated from Pine Grove High School and earned a degree as a registered nurse from Itawamba Community College. She enjoyed traveling, camping, gardening and photography. Most important was the time spent with her family and friends. She will be most remembered for being a mother, wife and a friend. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Jay Stanley officiating. Burial will be in the Natchez National Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Marty Dahlke of Saltillo; children, Jessica Perry (Daniel) of McCall Creek, Travers Bray of Tupelo, Joshua Dahlke (fiancée, Jordan Clark) of Plantersville, Matthew Dahlke (Emily Hall) and Jacob Dahlke of California; two grandchildren, Jackson and Tolbert Perry. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Susie and Karen. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
