DorseyKenneth Lane Kelly II, 30, died Sunday, March 5, 2006, at his residence after a sudden illness. A Chesterville community native, he was born March 11, 1975, to Sherry Walton Kelly and the late Rev. Kenneth Lane Kelly. He was employed with United Parcel Service. He was a member of the Tombigbee Baptist Church of Mantachie. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and farming, and loved his family, friends, and his Lord.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Terry Paul Graham, Rev. Charlie Simmons, and Rev. Lowell Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Locust Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include is wife, Elizabeth Simmons Kelly and their two children, Caitlyn and Joshua, all of Dorsey; his Mother, Sherry Kelly of Chesterville; one sister, Stephanie Cagle and husband, Jerrod, of Baldwyn; one brother, Wayne Kelly and wife, Samantha, of Chesterville; his grandparents, Wilma Kelly of Chesterville and Annie Faye Walton of Lambert; one aunt, Joyce East and husband, Elon, of Chesterville; one uncle, Michael Walton of Lambert; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rev. Charles and Frances Simmons of Marks; his sister-in-law, Pam Fretz and husband, Mike, of Brandon; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents, Alford P. Kelly and Howard S. Walton.

Pallbearers will be Mike Fretz, Michael Walton, Chip Fowler, Mike Weaver, Elon East, and Jerrod Cagle.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Tombigbee Baptist Church Youth Sunday School Class and Anthony Hodges.
