KAY VEE ROBISON
Tupelo - Kay Vee Robison, 68, died Sunday, June 3, 2007, at the Green Houses At Traceway after an extended illness. A native of Malden, Missouri, she was born November16, 1938, to Kathryn Ayres Cochran and the late Rev. Donald Lee Cochran. A 1956 graduate of Risco (Missouri) High School, she then went on to the Baptist Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Memphis, Tenn. After receiving her degree in nursing, she worked as an R.N. for Lift, Inc. Head Start, North Mississippi Medical Center and Tecumseh Products Company. She married Charles Reed Robison September 18, 1959, and he preceded her in death August 18, 2005. she was a member of the Good Sams Club and the Woodworking Club. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Dr. Paul Brashier officiating. Burial will be in Tupelo Memorial Park. .
Survivors include two children, Charles Reed Robison, Jr. of Tupelo, and Lisa Radlinski and husband, Paul, of Geneva, Il.; her mother, Kathryn Cochran of Versailles, MO; her brother, Paul Cochran and wife, Peggy, of Rocky Mount, MO.; and three grandchildren, Lauren, Amy and Michael.
Pallbearers will be Rud Robison, Jr., Kirk Kitchens, Les Ellis, Ben Logan, and Luke Prust.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Andy Robison and Ronnie Robison.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 1 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
