KATHRYN AUSBORN
New Albany - Kathryn Ferrell Ausborn, 87, died Friday, June 22, 2012, at Magnolia Place of New Albany Personal Care Home. She was born in Etta on June 11, 1925 to Johnnie Fletcher and Thelma Lorine Phillips Ferrell. She was a member of South Green Baptist Church in Tupelo. She worked in banking for over fifty years. She enjoyed her home, yard and especially ?working?.
Services will be 4 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2012 at Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Irvin officiating. Burial will be in Philadelphia Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include her sister, Bonnie Ferrell Clark (Frank Neil) of Poway, California; her brother, Eddie Ferrell of Etta; two step-sisters, Nancy Dewbre (Bill) of New Albany and Sara Ramsey (Roy) of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; her step-brother, John Bonds of Memphis; several nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
