JUDY WALL
Guntown - JUDY CAROL WALL, 47, died Wednesday, November 14, 2007, at The North Mississippi Medical Center after a battle with colon cancer since June 19, 2005. She was born July 1, 1960 in Ripley to John M. and Johnie Ruth Hurt Jumper. She was a 1978 graduate of Falkner High School. In 1987, she moved to Tupelo and then married James A. (Jim) Wall, Jr. on March 17, 1990. She had two sons, James Ryan Wall, age 13, and John Landon Wall, age 11. She was an employee of the North Mississippi Medical Center for 18 years and was the Family Medical Leave Coordinator for the Corporation from 2002-2005. She was a former employee of Tippah County Hospital in Ripley and former part-time employee at the Ripley Medical Clinic as the ER Scheduling Coordinator. She enjoyed being with people and helping anyone she could. She loved her church family where she was a faithful member of the West Main Church of Christ. She enjoyed traveling and made many charter bus trips with her beloved friends of Tippah County. She had a special love for writing--cards, letters, emails, and poetry She also enjoyed playing the piano and listening to good music. Of all her favorite past times, she loved spending time with her family, her two sons, Ryan and Landon and her husband, Jim.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at West Main Church of Christ with Ministers Doug Greenway, Glen Fann and Russell Smith officiating. Burial will be in Campbelltown Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include her husband of 17 years, James A. (Jim) Wall of Guntown; two sons, James Ryan Wall and John Landon Wall, both of the home; her parents, John M. and Johnie Jumper of Falkner; two sisters, Jill Partain and husband, Jim, of Ridgeland and Janie Campbell and husband, Frank, of Falkner; a brother, Jack Jumper and wife, Lauanna, of Poplarville; three nieces, Bailey and Reaghan Campbell of Falkner and Meaghan Stanford of Poplarville; her dearly loved family by marriage, Ione Wall of New Albany, Randy, Christy, Erin, and Thomas Wall of Ingomar, Marilyn and Larry Chittom of Tupelo, Michelle, Chris, Jordan, Lauren Bell and Baby Boy Bell, all of Tupelo, Valerie Johnson, Tucker and Grant of Tupelo and Robin, Robert , Madison, Jim, Jake, Cody, Cameron and Casey Kopejtka, of Bentonville, Ark.
Pallbearers will be Blaine Holliday, Jimmy Spencer, Ken Kellum, Curry Harsin, Scott Scruggs, Doug Wallace.
Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Ripley and West Main Churches of Christ; Dr. Tim Albers and the entire staff at Med Serve, Dr. George Hammet and the entire staff at Pain Managements of North MS; Dr. Christopher Croot, Martha Thomas, Research RN--and Chemo-Bay Staff at the Cancer Treatment Center at Bridgepoint; Dr. Elbert Duncan and the entire staff at Radiation Oncoloby; Dr. Kevin Cole and staff at Premier Radiology; Dr. Michael Currie and staff at The Imaging Center; Dr. C.K.
