JOYCE ROOKER Plantersville - Joyce Rooker, 71, died March 6, 201, at the North Mississippi Medical Center after a long illness. She was the daughter of J. F. "Al" and Ruby Neal Rooker of Plantersville. A private graveside service will be held at Plantersville Cemetery on March 10, 2013. Donations in her honor may be made to the Lee County Library, 219 N.
