JOYCE DAVIDSON Tupelo - Joyce Ann DeVine Davidson, 72, died on Thursday June 5, 2014, after losing her battle to cancer. She was born on November 27, 1942, in Kentucky and raised in Illinois. Joyce was an amazing woman who, throughout her life, has done a little of everything. She served with Lombard Police Department in DuPage County, Illinois, yet mostly enjoyed all things related to interior design and home remodeling. She was doing what she loved right up until the end. Memorial Services will be held at the W.E. Pegues Funeral Home, 280 Mobile Street, Saltillo, MS 38866, on Monday, June 9,, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors will be in charge of the arrangements. She leaves behind two sons, Mark A Davidson (Diane) of Illinois and Gary Lee Davidson (Tammy) of Guntown; two grandsons, Daniel Davidson of Illinois and Robert Chance Davidson of Guntown; four brothers, Oscar Devine, Otis Devine, Tim Devine and Eddie Devine; one sister, Patricia Hattabirda (Rick) of Illinois and multiple nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 20 years, Robert Davidson, who died April 7, 1994. Visitation will be one hour prior to services Monday, June 9, 2014, at the Saltillo Funeral Home.
