JOSEPH EASON Tupelo - Joseph Eason, 56, unexpectedly passed away Monday, November 2, 2015, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee due to surgical complications. He was born June 18, 1959, to James Paul and Mary Ann Smith Eason. Joseph felt honored to work with his Coca-Cola family for over 33 years. He was a man with many hobbies with his most loved time being spent with family, his dogs and listening to music. Services will be 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Chaplin Glenn Jones officiating. Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Jan Eason of Tupelo; sister, Polly Eason Callis and her husband, Lynn of Jackson, Tennessee; sisters-in-law, Cheryl McDaniel and Tracey Lindsey both of Tupelo; brothers-in-law, Tim Bell (Lisa) of Destin, Florida. and Lonnie Bell of Tupelo; nieces, Maggie McCalmon of Jackson, Mississippi, Sarah Grace Callis of Jackson, Tennessee, Stephanie Hunt (Bryan) and Brittney Harris of Tupelo; nephew, Justin McDaniel (Ashley) of Tupelo; father and mother-in-laws, Lonnie and Jean Bell of Tupelo and Jane Bell of Tupelo; several great-nieces and nephews; many special Smith and Eason cousins.
