Nettleton - Johnnie M. Tomason, 76, died Thursday, May 16, 2013, at her residence. She was born in Plantersville on September 24, 1936 to Relder and Louise Bacon Scribner. She was a high school graduate. She was employed thirty plus years before retirement with Super Sagless as a Personnel Operator. She enjoyed traveling all over the country but when she returned home her life centered on her grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be from 1 ? 4 p.m. Saturday at the Crosspoint Baptist Church in Nettelton
Survivors include her only son, Bill Tomason (Charline) of Amory; her two granddaughters, Brandy Lane of Amory and Leslie Elam (Justin) of Nettleton; five great-grandchildren, Kane Sparks, Xavier and Maggi Lane, Alyssa and Alexis White; three brothers, Pete (Linda), Donnie (Edie) and Jerry Scribner (Connie).
