Mooreville - JOHN-MARK STEMBRIDGE WEBB, 13, died Thursday, February 7, 2008, after a brief illness. He was born August 31, 1994 in Tupelo to John Hubbert and Nancy Sissie Stembridge Webb. He was a faithful member of Eggville Free Will Baptist Church where he enjoyed music and fellowship with his church family. He attended Mrs. Sharon Warren's special needs class at Verona Elementary School. A very happy and loving child, he was always smiling and laughing. He was a blessing to all who knew him and loved by his family and friends. He will never be forgotten.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday at Eggville Free Will Baptist Church with Dr. Gerald Gann officiating. Burial will be in Eggville Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include His parents, John and Sissie Webb of Mooreville; one brother, Weston Webb; one sister, Liza Webb; his grandmother Dot Lyons of Tupelo; his grandfather, Bob Stembridge of Mooreville; three aunts, Lycrecia Harris of Tupelo, Shelia Sheffield (Bill) of Tupelo, and Lisa Donahue (Rickey) of Guntown; four uncles, Donnie Webb (Debbie) of Horn Lake, Robert Stembridge (Jan) of Skyline, Mike Stembridge (Betty) of Mooreville and Don Stembridge (Terra) of Mooreville; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Nancy "Granny" Stembridge and grandfather, Fletcher "Papaw" Webb; his step-grandfather, Elmo Lyons.
Pallbearers will be Mike Stembridge, Don Stembridge, Bill Sheffield, Rickey Donahue, Josh Donahue, and Lee King.
Visitation will continue 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
