JESSICA RENEE MARCY
Tupelo - JESSICA RENEE MARCY, 30, died Monday, June 4, 2007, at North Mississippi Medical Center due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. A Tupelo native, she was born January 11, 1977, to Becky Bell Hood and the late Jessie Hood. She was employed by Sam's Wholesale Club as a business representative. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Services will be 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Jack Ezell officiating. Nathan Goff will deliver the eulogy. Burial will be in Union Grove Cemetery.
Survivors include her son, Cody Marcy of the home; her mother, Becky Hood of Mooreville; three brothers, Perry Allan Hood and wife, Stacy, of Saltillo, Timmy Hood and wife, Jessica, of Mantachie, and Blake Hood of Mooreville; her boyfriend, Sam Palmer of Pontotoc; her grandmothers, Louise Bell of Tupelo and Beatrice Hood of Mooreville; five nieces and nephews, Perry and Maci Hood and Riley, Dustin, and Kaylee Hood; and the father of her son, Brad Marcy of Mooreville.
Pallbearers will be Sammy Taylor, Jason Marcy, Blake Marcy, Matt Keys, Shawn Bell, and Randy Bell. Honorary pallbearer will be Brent Marcy.
Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
