Jerry Weaver Turner, 77, died Saturday, July 14, 2018, at his residence. He was born in Itawamba County, February 7, 1941, to Samuel Dew and Mazie Weaver Turner. He was a truck driver and the owner and operator of Trail Blazer Truck Stop in Mooreville. Jerry served as President of The Tupelo Gun Club and enjoyed shooting skeet.
Survivors include one son, Jason Turner and his wife, Pam of Saltillo; and one sister, Billye Wiygul and her husband, Wiley of the Fulton area; one brother, Bobby Turner of Fulton; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Jane Bolin.
