JEAN GOLDING Belden - Jean Mitchell Braden Golding, 88, went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, January 15, 2015, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born August 22, 1926, to H. V. and Verna Braden in the Ratliff Community, Itawamba County. She was a supervisor at Central Service Association for forty seven years. She was a lifelong member of Belden Baptist Church. Jean enjoyed quilting, gardening, traveling and crossword puzzles. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, January 18, 2015, at Belden Baptist Church with Dr. Don Baggett officiating. Burial will be in Belden Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include two sons, Danny Mitchell Golding (Melanie) and Teddy Golding (Nancy) both of Belden; six grandchildren, Lauren Golding of Saltillo, Zack Golding (Heather) of Amory, Katherine Golding Gibbs (Keyo) of Ripley, Whitney Golding Loving of Amory, Molly Mitchell Golding of Belden and Claire Golding of Belden; six great-grandchildren, Peyton Benedict of Amory, Addison Loving of Amory, Grayson Gibbs of Ripley, Jackson Loving of Amory, Paxton Gibbs of Ripley and Kipton Golding of Amory and her special niece and traveling friend, Margie Golding of Belden. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Golding; her parents and thirteen siblings. Pallbearers will be Jerry Page, Jamie Jetton, Brad Dillard, Tommy Carruth, Ben Thomas, Buddy Clayton, Donald Worthey, and Mark Jarrett.
