Tupelo - Janie Inzer Foster died Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee after a sudden illness. A lifelong resident of Tupelo, she was born May 21, 1947, to Duchess and Jim Inzer. She worked in the furniture business at the Tupelo Furniture Market. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, September 8, 2012, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with her brother, Jim Inzer, officiating. Burial will be in Tupelo Memorial Park. Survivors include one daughter, Wendy Leigh Foster of Nashville; one son, Matt Foster of Tupelo; one grandchild, Kylee Inzer Foster; two sisters, Barbara Osberg (Jim) of Naples, Florida and Linda Cash (Bob) of Scottsdale, Arizona; one brother, Jim Inzer (Robin) of Houston, Texas; five nieces, Angie Christian, Leah Baziuk, Lyn Cash, Ashley Herrmann and Sara Inzer; two nephews, Rusty Osberg and Austin Inzer; one great-niece, Brooke Baziuk; two great-nephews, Jake Baziuk and Scott E. Herrmann, II. She was preceded in death by her parents. Pallbearers will be Vandy Baker, V. M. Cleveland, Vic Etheridge, Claude Hartley, Ted Moll, Mike Sullivan, Ray Bell, Chris Boring, Jason Kelly, Taylor King, Barry Replogle, Bill Roberts, Ricky Tudor and Mike Wren. Visitation will be 5 - 8 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2012, and continue on Saturday for an hour prior to services at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.peguesfuneralhome.com
