JACKIE HONEYCUTT Mooreville - Jacqueline Honeycutt Bracken, 51, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at her home. She was born in Pontotoc on September 14, 1964 to Carl, Jr. and Rita Holder Honeycutt. Jackie graduated with honors in 1982 from Mooreville High School. She was a Registered Nurse and had worked in New Albany, Amory, and Tupelo in the ER and ICU, and worked as a traveling nurse in Southaven and Jackson. She was a member of the Richmond United Pentecostal Church and loved by everyone. She loved rock and roll music and was especially fond of Elvis and Kiss. Jackie was a fun loving daughter, sister, friend and Mother, always cracking jokes and was the life of the party. A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Fawn Grove Cemetery with Rev. Ricky Pierce officiating. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her son, James Bracken of Mooreville; mother, Rita Holder Edwards (Bobby) of Mooreville and step-mother, Sue Honeycutt of Wheeler; sisters, Carol Elaine Harris (David) of Amory, Amy Honeycutt Aven (Mark) of Mooreville, Lisa Potts Glidewell (Glen) of Guntown and Richelle Honeycutt Anderson (Tom) of Tupelo; brother, James Edwards of Mooreville; nieces, Alisha, Carissa, Montana, Jenny, Taffany, and Ashley; great-niece, Lana Jade; first cousin, that was like a sister, Christy Tooke Morphis of Mooreville; second cousins, Jade and Stephen; aunt, Nelda Holder Tooke of Mooreville. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Honeycutt, Jr.; grandparents, Carl and Mamie Honeycutt, Sr., Hollis Holder, and Kathleen Holder Tackett (James).
