HOMER LEE WRIGHT



Nettleton - Homer Lee Wright, 61, died Friday, March 8, 2013, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born July 5, 1951, in Sunflower County to Mitchell Fair and Annie Lee Gray Wright. He was a lifelong resident of Nettleton. He loved spending time with his family and especially cooking for his family. He enjoyed working on classic cars and fishing with his best friends. He presently attended Cross Point Church in Nettleton.



Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Wiygul Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Brooks and Rev. Jimmy Criddle officiating. Burial will be in Wiygul Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.



Survivors include his sister, JoAnn Brown of Nettleton; two nieces, Michelle Young and Dawn Inmon both of Nettleton; one nephew, Eric Wright (Amanda) of Ripley; best friends, Janet Wright, Roger Fields and David Wright; three great-nieces and four great-nephews.



He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother Jimmy Wright and sister, Linda Gray.



Pallbearers will be Chris McMillian, Eric, David, Dylan and Johnny Wright and Clay Inmon.



Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Thorneberry and Roger Fields.
