HENRY LLOYD JONES
RandolphHenry Lloyd Jones, 68, died Monday, November 13, 2006 at The Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. A Quitman native, he was born March 13, 1938 to the late Ben Lloyd and Olivia Childress Jones. Living most of his life in Pontotoc he was a self employed carpenter. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved his dogs.
His hobbies were working on cars and outdoor sports.
A private memorial service will be at a later date. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years Janet Jones of Randolph; one son Larry D. Jones and his wife Kathy of Randolph; two grandsons Mason Henry Jones and Justin Privett of Randolph; two sisters Helen Faye Newell and her husband Jimmy of Richton, MS and Patricia Ann Clark and her husband Forrest of Grove Hill, AL; two brothers, one twin brother Benny B. Jones and his wife Mary Violet of Randolph and Calvin E. Jones and his wife Phyllis of Algoma, MS.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister Wilma Christopher.
