Helen Niblett

Martha Helen Niblett, 80, died Friday, September 7, 2018 at Diversicare in Tupelo. She was born in Waukegan, Illinois May 3, 1938 to William and Myrtle Burks Mills and had been a long-time resident of Tupelo. She retired from Action Industries in Verona after working as a sewing machine operator for over 35 years. She had also worked part time in housekeeping at the Mall at Barnes Crossing. When she was not working, she enjoyed fishing and relaxing at home. She was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include one son, Billy Wayne McAnally of Tupelo; one daughter, Kathy; one special friend and care giver, Vickie Ratta of Tupelo; four grandchildren, Aaron McAnally of Belden, Natasha McAnally of Belden, Nikki White of Pontotoc and Wayne Lemons of Tupelo; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Lester O. Niblett.

Visitation will be 5 until 8 p.m. Monday, September 10, 2018 at W.E. Pegues, Tupelo.

Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Lee Memorial Park with Rev. Neal Ramage officiating.
