Greg Holloway

Tupelo - Jon Gregory Holloway, 37, died Tuesday, April 27, 2010, in Hinds County due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Jackson. A Tupelo native and lifelong resident of the Oak Hill Community, he was born December 27, 1972, to David Holloway and Lois Hand Holloway. He attended Saltillo High School. He enjoyed fishing, riding his 4-wheeler, and loved his dog, Dakota. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.

Services will be 4 p.m. Friday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Sammy Lansdell and Rev. David Walters officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include his mother, Lois Holloway of the Oak Hill Community; his father, David Holloway of Tupelo; his sister, Angie Voyles (Anthony) of Baldwyn; two nephews, Chip Ausbern of Nettleton and Braxton Voyles of Baldwyn; his grandmother, Mary Holloway of Macedonia Community; and a host of loving friends and relatives.

Pallbearers will be Jason Holloway, Lee Dubois, Rodney Voyles, Jason Roland, Shane Smith, Mike Davis, and Bobby Hare.

Visitation will be 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
