Glenda Marshbank

Tupelo - GLENDA R. MARSHBANK, 71, died Friday, January 4, 2008, at The Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. A Calhoun City native, she was born July 27, 1936 to the late Howard and Euvene Wiggins. She had worked for Blounts Supermarket for eight years and most recently worked for Wal-Mart for the past nine years.. She had been a long time resident of Memphis, Tenn before moving to Corpus Christi, Tex. She then moved to Tupelo in 1986, where she made her home since that time. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Corpus Christi, Tex.

Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 5, 2008 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Dr. David Hamilton officiating. Burial will be in Sherman Cemetery.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Cheryl Wiggins; a niece, Tracey Crook; a nephew, Dillon Crook; and a special friend, Bob Rogers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Henry C. Marshbank; and a brother, Ronald Wiggins. Tom Smith
