GEORGE D. HOLT   Tupelo - George Duke Holt, 82, died Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Sanctuary Hospice House.  A Charleston, Mississippi native, he was born April 4, 1933 to Henry Herbert and Audrey Elise Laughlin Holt.  George served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. During his working career he worked in Memphis, Tennessee for the printing company of Holiday Inn for 18 years. He retired after 20 years as the Manager of Hanson Graphics in Clearwater, Florida. After his retirement he moved to Tupelo. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Verona.   Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 3, 2016, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Mark Howard and Rev. Larry Dunlap officiating.  Burial will be in Palmetto Cemetery.  W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements.   Survivors include nieces, Deborah Garnett (David) of Tupelo, Pat Atwood of Chattanooga, Tennessee; nephews, Henry Holt, Jr. of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Alan Adams of Memphis, Tennessee and a host of nieces and nephews; special friend, Sue Gregory of Tupelo and her children, Mike Gregory (Sherrye), Tim Gregory (Merry) of Lynchburg, Virginia and Suzanne Gregory of Winchester, Virginia.   He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Shirley Smith Holt, brother, Henry Holt and sister, Dorothy Adams.   Pallbearers will be Charles Wade, Bobby Williams, Jimmy Williams, Gary Wood, Kent Townsend and Russ Watson.   Visitation will be 4 until 7 p.m. Saturday, April 2, 2016 at W. E.
