Saltillo- Frances Parnell Vaughn, 56, died Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born June 14, 1962 to Joseph Raymond and Ruth Marks Vaughn. For several years, she worked at Mississippi Valley Gas and had also worked as a chef at various restaurants. She loved dogs, especially her “Baby Girl.” Frances was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include daughter, Lin Taylor and her husband, David of Como; two granddaughters, Abby and Katie Zaccheo of Como; special cousin and caregiver, Brenda M. Hopkins of Saltillo; and numerous other cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ruth Vaughn.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at W.E. Pegues, Saltillo.
Services honoring her life will be 10 a.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018 at the Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. James Marks officiating. Burial will be in Auburn Cemetery.
