Everett Cox

EVERETT COX Tupelo - Everett Eugene Cox, 76, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born November 12, 1938, to Everett Wilder and Irene Kingsley Cox. Everett was an active and faithful member of St. Luke United Methodist Church where he attended every Sunday with the help of loving members of the church and he was well loved. Services will be Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at 3 p.m. at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Rick Brooks officiating. A graveside will follow at Tupelo Memorial Park. Survivors include two sisters, Josephine Harbor and Pam Cox; four brothers, Jimmy, Gerald and Terry Cox and Larry Taylor; nieces, Barbara, Dianne, Debbie, and Sharon; nephews, Jason and Bobby; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and great-great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents, grandparents and one sister, Bonnie Huey Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo.
