Blue Springs - Eunice Little-Rice, 69, died Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born in Lamar County Alabama on August 12, 1941, to Luther Aaron and Weader Sims. She worked as a waitress for a number of years. Her favorite past-times were watching football and NASCAR. She loved animals especially her six puppy dogs.
Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Barry Rice of Pontotoc; one son, Lynn Little (Saunda) of Sherman; one daughter, Melissa Gail Jackson (Richard) of Bigbee; two sisters, Betty McMillan of Pontotoc and Shirley Stegall of Tampa, Florida; one brother, Wayne Sims (Judy) of Smithville and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
