Tupelo - ERMA E. (NORA) CRYDER, 90, died Monday, October 15, 2007, at The North Mississippi Medical Center after an extended illness. A native of Algoma, she was born August 17, 1917 to the late Bonner Levi and Pearl Kennedy Miller. She was a graduate of Algoma High School. She worked as a waitress for TKE's for several years. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and flower gardening. She was a member of Tupelo Freewill Baptist Church.
Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Terry Pierce officiating. Burial will be in Priceville Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Cozette Cryder of Tupelo; one son, James Ray Cryder of Tupelo; one granddaughter, Cathy Cryder of Tupelo; two great-granddaughters, Cayla Cryder and Christan Holman.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Guy V. Miller.
Visitation will continue from 2 p.m. until service time Wednesday.
