DORIS PARKER Plantersville - Doris Parker, 77, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 24, 2015, at her home. She was born on Wilson Street in Tupelo on September 9, 1937 to Frank and Loraine Bouchillon. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Plantersville for over 60 years. She enjoyed gardening, flowers, cooking but most of all she loved her precious time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2015 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Danny Blaint officiating. A graveside will follow at Plantersville Cemetery. Survivors include her two children, Judy Kindt (Lerland) and Steve Parker (Kim) of Tupelo; daughter-in-law, Debbie Parker of Mooreville; one sister, Irene Smith of Tupelo; one brother, Earl Bouchillon (Eugenia) of Florida; one sister-in-law, Joanne Bouchillon; ten grandchildren, Christie, Ashley, Stephanie, Amy, Katie, David, Matthew, Melissa, Case, and Olivia; six great-grandchildren, Grayson, Deacon, Ella, Dalton, Abby, and Rob. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Bobby Parker; son, Bob Parker; three brothers, Thurman, James and Claude Bouchillon. Pallbearers will be Jamey Bouchillon, Thomas Craft, Jordan Westmoreland, Michael Smith, Andy Brooks, and Adam Richardson. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Bouchillon and J.B. Berryman.
