DONNA MAE DAVIDSON-GEORGE Saltillo - Donna Mae Davidson-George, 74, died Sunday, July 28, 2013, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born March 20, 1939 to Merville Howard and Esther Mae Plummer Thompson. She was a professional licensed dry cleaner. Also, she loved animals, her pets and was an avid reader. Private family services will be Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Beech Springs Cemetery. W.E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include one son, Patrick Patterson of Baldwyn; two daughters, Trisha Havens of Baldwyn and Kendra Jackson of Leighton, Alabama; one step-son, Felix George (Wanda) of Marietta; one step-daughter, Ronna Lewis of Guntown; one sister, Phyllis Davis of Jacksonville, Oregon; two brothers, Victor Thompson and Gordon Thompson both of California; fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; special friends, Babs, Betty and Petra; and her husband of sixteen years, Gerald George of Saltillo. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Terry Patterson. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Caldwell, Elijah Havens, Chris Humphrey, Gregory Caldwell, Nicholas Caldwell and Andrew Caldwell. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at the Saltillo Funeral Home.
