Donna Benton – Tupelo, MS

 Donna Lee Benton, 60, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. She was born May 22, 1964, to Robert and Dawn Teeters. Donna enjoyed the art of crafting, playing golf with her family, and shopping. The thing that brought her the most joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

 She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Ray Benton; her children, Elizabeth Ann Emery, Christina Marie Sawyer (Tim), Kaitlyn Michelle Goodman (Chris), Benjamin Ray Benton, and Jennfier Vaughn (Robert); her grandchildren, Jackson Black, Mason Black, Kaylee Baggett, Braxton Sawyer, Timothy Sawyer, Jr., Tatum Sawyer, Dominic Sawyer, Zoe Goodman, Wells Goodman, Kassi Goodman, Les Vaughn, Rebecca Bowlin of Alabama, and Piper Vaughn; one sister, Debra Lynn Ennis; one brother, James Joseph Teeters; and 24 nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

 She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Dawn Teeters; and one brother, Robert John Teeters.

 Visitation will be 12 until 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2024, at Pegues, Tupelo.

 Services honoring her life will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, 2024, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of Pegues Tupelo with Bro. James Vandevander officiating. Graveside Services will follow at Eggville Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Benjamin Benton, Timothy Sawyer, Chris Goodman, Phillip Sawyer, Jr., and Braxton Sawyer.

 Honorary pallbearers will be Timothy Sawyer, Jr., and Wells Goodman.
