Benton Ark.--Dewey ONeil Stults, formerly of Saltillo and a Lee County native, 78, died Saturday in Benton, Ark. Most of all, he loved seeing his two grandchildren, watching TV and talking about his farming and fathering in times past. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Saltillo Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Frank Breaux officiating. The burial will be at the Oak Hill Methodist Cemetery.
He is survived by his children, Robin Stults, Tim Stults and Christina Scruggs, and two grandchildren, Colton Stults and Sarah Kate Stults.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fate and Vernon Stults and a sister, Christine Peach
Pallbearers will be Reggie Gable, Sammy Peach, Larry Wigginton, John McCustion, Jamie Franks, Gregg Scruggs, Carrol Scruggs and Jimmy Stephens.
Visitation will be 5 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
