Obituary for Debra Fowler Saltillo - Debra Ann Fowler, 50, died Saturday, August 27, 2011, at her residence. Scottsburg, Indiana native, she was born May 7, 1961 to Archie and Marjorie Ross. She loved riding motorcycles, fishing and the outdoors. The family will handle services at a later date. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the local arrangements. Survivors include her husband of 24 years, David E. Fowler of Saltillo; two daughters, Krystal Michelle Buragge (Jamie) of Tupelo and Stormy Sunday Fowler of Calhoun, Georgia; four grandchildren, Trinity Fowler, Tabatha Buragge, Alexis Danielle Buragge and Damien Lucas Castle; two sisters, Linda Swank (Tom) of Seamore, Indiana and Judy Blackwell (Jim) of Bedford, Indiana.
