Tupelo- David Delane McGarrh,61, died Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the hospice unit of North Mississippi Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born and raised in Greenville April 8, 1957 to Eston Harold McGarrh, Sr. and Louie Nell Estes McGarrh. He worked as a master carpenter. He was an avid Mississippi State University fan and enjoyed wood working and bowling. His greatest love was his family. David was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Greenville.
Survivors include two daughters, Megan K. McGarrh of Memphis, Tennessee and Lindsey M. McGarrh of Collierville, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Ashton Marie and Connor of Collierville; three sisters, Rose Marie McCain of Tupelo, Ruchell M. Phillips of Oxford and Deborah Walls of Slidell, Louisiana; and one brother, Eston Harold McGarrh, Jr. of Greenville.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and twin brother, Howard Dewayne McGarrh.
A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
