DAVID GREGORY
Tupelo -- David Gregory, 56, died Saturday, July 15, 2006 at his residence near Tupelo after a lengthy illness. An Arkansas native, he was born November 16, 1949 to Maxine Irene Johnson Gregory and the Late Dorris Oneal Gregory. A long time Tupelo Lee County area resident, he attended Auburn Baptist Church. He enjoyed listening to radios, stringing beads, and working garage sales.
Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Bob O'neal officiating. Burial will be in Keyes Cemetery.
Survivors include his mother, Maxine Gregory of Tupelo; one brother, Ray Gregory of Tupelo; a half sister, Shirley Gregory of Orlando; a half brother, David O'neal Gregory of Orlando; one aunt, Pauline Newcomb of Tupelo; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Robby Newcomb, Dewayn Bailey, Micheal Newcomb, Stoney Nicholson, Nicholson Tucker, Marty Keith, and Cody Keith.
Visitation will continue Monday and until service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
