Daryle Wayne Lewis

Amory- Daryle Lewis, 71, died Monday, June 15, 2020 at North Mississippi Medical Center Gilmore in Amory. He was born in Kodiak, Alaska, November 6, 1948 to Joseph and Katherine Frost Lewis. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and was a Purple Heart recipient. Later in life, he drove buses for Greyhound. Daryle enjoyed cycling, boating, fishing and flying model aircraft.

Survivors include his son, Ryan Barclay and his wife, Thuydung Vo of East Lansing, Michigan; sister, Lisa Moore of Mason, Ohio; two brothers, Tom Lewis and Rob Lewis, both of Highland, Michigan; his girlfriend, Ginger.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private services will be held at a later date.
