Darrell Tramontine

Tupelo - Darrell Eugene Tramontine, 64, died Monday, June 16, 2008, at The North Mississippi Medical Center after an extended illness. A native of Iron, Michigan, he was born December 28, 1943. A 100 % disabled American Veteran, he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was an employee of Daybrite Lighting for over 20 years. He enjoyed arts and crafts shows, antiquing, watching Mississippi State football and wrestling. He loved spending time with his grandson. His wife remembers him as a wonderful husband and soul mate.

Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Bro. Bubba Kennedy officiating.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years,Brenda Tramontine of Tupelo; two step children and one grandson, Michael Thomas Martin of Dickerson, Texas.

Visitation will be 1 p.m. to service time at the funeral home.
