Mooreville - Daniel Kyle Cook, 27, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017. He was born in Tupelo on September 10, 1990. He graduated from Mooreville High School in the class of 2010 and got his vocational certificate in Auto Body and Fender through Itawamba Community College. He was currently a Quality Control Specialists at Auto Parts Manufacturing Mississippi. A car enthusiast, Daniel enjoyed driving and working on them. He was a fan of Formula DRIFT and was in the process of building a drift car. Daniel was also an avid fan of Mississippi State football. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends, and loved his nieces and nephews.



Survivors include his father, Vince Cook (Lisa) of Mooreville; brothers, Vince "Bud" Cook, Jr. (Brittany) of Nettleton and Justin Cook (Stephanie) of Mooreville; half-sister, Bonnie Johnson of Blue Mountain; step-sister, Darby Knight (David) of Mantachie; step-brother, Ed Tedford of Tupelo; cousin, more like a brother, Tyler Cook (Lauren) and their son Thomas of Mooreville; nieces and nephews, Ellie Cook, Addison Cook, Jaxson Cook, Tripp Knight and Kennedy Tedford; grandmother, Elsa Cook Clift (Jesse) of Tupelo and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.



He was preceded in death by his mother, Suzy Robinson Bradley; half-brother, Morgan Johnson; paternal grandfather, Marvin Thomas Cook and maternal grandparents, Jerry and Virginia Robinson.



Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo.



Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. Sherry Horton and Bro. David Knight officiating. Graveside services will follow in Tupelo Memorial Park.



Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
