CUPLE KELLY Fulton - Cuple Waldrop Kelly, 90, died Thursday, October 18, 2012, at The North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born in Pontotoc on April 23, 1922 to Jimmy and Elizabeth Russell Waldrop. She was a life-long resident of Mississippi. She worked many years as a seamstress with Blue Bell in Plantersville and Tupelo. She was a member of Parkway Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing the piano, working with her flowers in her flower garden and especially loved spending time with her grandhildren. Her favorite Bible verse was "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you", Luke 6:31. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 22, 2012 at Old Union Cemetery with Dr. Marvin Murphy and her son-in-law, Jeff Fikes officiating. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Fikes (Jeff) of Tupelo and Jacky Taylor of Fulton; six grandchildren, Candace Downs (James), Elizabeth Amber Fikes, Bryan Fikes, Alicia Mattieu (Andy), Robyn Holcomb (Kevin) and Adam Burchfield; two foster-grandchildren, Joyce and Essie Nations; six great-grandchildren, Aodhfionn, Caiomhe, Samantha, Corbyn, Melanie and Allana; two great-great-grandchildren, Ayden and Kaylynn; two sisters, Reba Sneed and Rudell Graham; one brother, Collins Waldrop (Wilma); her sister-in-law, Betty Kelly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Kelly. Visitation will be 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Monday, October 22, 2012 at the funeral home.
