CYNTHIA KILBOURNE Shannon - Cynthia Kilbourne, 53, passed away Monday, March 31, 2014, at the Sanctuary Hospice House. A celebration of life will be 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2014, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W.E. Pegues with Rev. Kevin Meritt officiating. Visitation will be 5 - 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2014, at the funeral home. Survivors include five children, Matthew Kilbourne (Melinda) of Houlka, Stephen Kilbourne (Nicole) of Pontotoc, Liz Kilbourne of Shannon, Erin Moore (David) of Guntown and Mevy Allan; eight grandchildren and her father, Gene R. Campbelle (Consuela) of North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Allan.
