Plantersville - Christine Bennett died Sunday, February 6, 2011, at The North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born in the Auburn Community to Tom and Lillie L. Ford Kingsley. She and her husband, Earl, owned and operated Southern Records Bookbinding. She lived in Plantersville for the past 33 years. She and her husband, Earl, were very active in Shrine activities before his death. She enjoyed traveling and visiting friends. She was fun-loving, loved to dance and loved fishing.
Services will be 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues. Burial will be in Tupelo Memorial Park.
Survivors include one daughter, Betty Harrison Kruchinsky (Joseph A.) of Webster, NY; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Dudley Harrison; her second husband, Earl Bennett; one son, James Harrison.
Pallbearers will be Mickey Pitts, Bo Baxter, Jim Baxter, Dustin Huey, Robert Huey and Mark Ozbirn.
Visitation will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday until service time at the funeral home.
