Saltillo " Chad Brazeal, 31, entered this life on Oct. 3, 1976, and went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2008, after a sudden illness. He was a Baptist.
He was born in Tupelo and in his youth played baseball. He also enjoyed music, hunting, fishing, football (Ole Miss Rebels and Denver Broncos), spending time with his family and lifelong best friend and brother. However, the greatest joy of his life was his precious son, Kaden.
He was a 1995 graduate of Saltillo High School, where he was named Mr. SHS and received many sports awards.
He is survived by his son, Kaden Brazeal; his mother and father, William and Jean Brazeal; a brother, Chris Brazeal and his wife, Nicole; a niece, Lexi, and a nephew, Brady, all of Saltillo; his grandmother, Betty Brazeal of Grantspass, Ore. Aunts and uncles include Jane Aderholt (Mike), Debbie Vanlandingham (Doug), Hoyt Norris (Diane), Tyson Norris (Brenda), Marshall Brazeal, David Brazeal, Andy Brazeal (Sarah), Wayne Brazeal (Marie) and Charlie Pyle, and many loving cousins.
He was preceded in death by Granny and Granddaddy, Hoyt and Sue Norris; Papaw Mack Brazeal; Uncle Tim Brazeal; and Aunt Brenda Andrews and Aunt Sarah Norris.
Pallbearers will be Matt Turner, Robbie Sandlin, Brad Duffie, Micheal Gable, Cole Wilkinson, J.C. Coggins and David Floyd.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chuck Pyle, Micheal Norris, Brad Vanlandingham, Kevin Vanlandingham, Trent Brazeal, Coach Johnny Bolen and all members of the 1995 Saltillo High School baseball team.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at the Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Saltillo Chapel of W.E. Pegues. Bro. Frank Breaux and Bro. Tim Green will officiate at the services.
