Mr. Bruce L Burch

BRUCE L BURCH Saltillo - Bruce L Burch, 82, died Saturday, February 21, 2015, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born in Cottondale, Florida on March 24, 1932 to Franklin and Nita Mae Burch. He was a United States veteran retiring after twenty years of service from the United States Army as a Staff Sergeant. After the military, he was employed for seventeen years with Arvin Industries as Director of Manufacturing. He was a member of Springhill Presbyterian and enjoyed woodworking and most of all the time spent with his family. Services with military honors will be 11 a.m. Monday, February 23, 2015, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Dr. Tom Groome officiating. A graveside will follow at Springhill Presbyterian Cemetery. W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue Burch of Saltillo; two sons, Gary Stanford (Felicia) of Saltillo and Brad Stanford (Cindy) of Tupelo; three grandchildren, Corie, Lauren and Chase Stanford. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Margie Burch Willis of New York. Pallbearers will be Brian Orsborn, Chris Orsborn, Guy Patterson, Henry Underwood, DeWhitt Webb and Phillip Poteet.
