BONNA JEAN HESTER
Tupelo - Bonna Jean Hester, 68, died Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at The Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. A Richmond Community native, she was born April 26, 1938 to the late John Charles and Coy Jeanette Allred Estes. She worked for Blue Bell for a number of years and Central Service Association for 31 years where she retired. She enjoyed flower gardening, bird watching, and collecting figurines and stuffed animals.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2006 at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Rev. David Langerfeld officiating. Burial will be in Lee Memorial Park
Survivors include one son James Michael Hester of Pontotoc and his father, Talmadge Hester of Tupelo; one grandson Michael David Hester and wife Monica Lynn Hester of Pontotoc; one brother, Charlie Estes and wife Sharon of Tupelo; one niece Kenzie Estes of Tupelo; and a special aunt, Mary Sullivan.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 P.M. Friday at the funeral home.
