Blue Springs- Bobby Ann Russell, 74, died Friday, December 9, 2022 at her home. She was born March 8, 1948 in Arkansas. She was a passionate seamstress and enjoyed making quilts and blankets for herself, family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Teddy Russell of Blue Springs; seven children, Vanessa Ridder and her husband, Joe, Bobby Joe Brown and is wife, Sarah, Richard Brown and his wife, Pam, Mack Brown, Annette Knight, Geraldine Renfro and her husband, James, and Eric Brown; nine grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; siblings, Wanda Wilson, Johnnie Strickland, Edith Hamilton, Lena Welch, Tommy Collums, Mary Irby, Billie Morphis, Janet Fleming, Betty Maria Brown, and Lisa Borden.
She was preceded in death her parents, Claymon Burns Collums, Sr. and Marie Reeves Collums; her son, Adam Brown, two granddaughters, Shania and Danielle; and three siblings, Claymon “Tippy” Collums, Jr, Eddy Rayburn “Bo” Collums, and Red Collums.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
