BOBBIE THOMAS Tupelo- Bobbie Jean Jennings Thomas, 53, died Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born December 13, 1960, to Dewayne R. and Mary Evelyn Scott Williams. For twenty years, she was a CNA for Tupelo Manor. She enjoyed helping and taking care of people and loved animals. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandson. She was a member of Tupelo Crosspointe Ministries. Services will be 4:30 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2014, at The Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues with Bro. Terry Garrett officiating. Graveside services will follow in Tupelo Memorial Park. Survivors include her children, La'Brian McTigrit of Springfield, Missouri, Ricky Allen Gray, Amanda Orick both of Tupelo and Elijah Daniel Morgan of Mooreville; her grandson, Matthew Ayden Wicker; one sister, Debra Davis (Danny) of Chidester, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents. Pallbearers will be Richard Owen, Jerry Stanford, Jonathan Wicker, James Gillard, Sylvester Tucker Sales Presley and Shawn Reese.
