Billy Frazier

BILLY FRAZIER Mantachie - James Billy Frazier, 80, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2013, at North Mississippi Medical Center, Hospice. He was born in Itawamba County on February 8, 1933, to John and Fena Tipton Frazier. He was a life-long resident of Itawamba County and had lived in Mantachie since the early 1960's. He worked at SuperSagless for many years. He had also worked many years with Yardman and was featured in a Daily Journal article as "Johnny Appleseed" of Yardman. A shade tree mechanic, if he couldn't fix it, he could at least repair it. He enjoyed fishing and hunting but his passion was his grandchildren and the time spent with them. Survivors include his only son, Dicky Frazier (Michelle); his three grandsons, Drake, Jacob and Brayden Frazier; three sisters and two brothers; best friends, Freddie Durham and Ricky Windham, all of Mantachie.
