Baldwyn - Billy Wayne Jones, 71, passed away Saturday, February 03, 2018, at North Mississippi Medical Center, Baldwyn. He was born June 14, 1946 to Harvey and Euala Brown Jones in Old Burleson, Alabama. Bill married Patricia Gail Black in 1969 together they had four children.
During his working life, Bill was a Furnace Operator at Dixie Heat Treating. He enjoyed playing guitar and listening to gospel music.
Survivors include his daughter, Sonya Sanders (Mark) of Guntown; sons, Wesley Andrew Jones of Alabama and Billy Jones of Florence, Alabama; grandchildren, D. J. Sims (Ashley), Brantley Sanders, Abby Gail Sanders and Isabella Wallace all of Guntown; one great-granddaughter, Keyleigh Sims.
She was preceded in death by his parents; wife of 48 years, Patricia Jones; son, Jordan Jones; two sisters and one brother.
Memorial services will be 2 p.m. Saturday February 10, 2018 at the Family Worship Center, Mantachie.
