Bess Minnix

Loveland, Colorado- Bess Minnix, 96, formerly of Tupelo, died Friday, March 20, 2015 at The Green House Homes at Mirasol in Loveland, CO where she was a resident. Bess was born January 1, 1919 in Marlow, Ok to Alva and Hazel Hoskins Stitch. She was married to John Minnix and in 1962 they moved from Wichita Kansas to Tupelo with Aircap Industry. They later owned Weatherall Printing Company for a number of years. While living in Tupelo, she was an active member of First Christian Church. Survivors include three daughters, Jane Tutterow, Cindy Judd and Susan Minnix; one sister, Martha Lee Sugg; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband John who died May 4, 1993 and her parents.
