BECKY TERRY Tupelo - Becky Mae Terry, 57, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2014, at The Sanctuary Hospice House after an extended illness. She was born August 4, 1957, to Ray C. and Annie R. Dyer in Pontotoc. Becky has made Tupelo her home for over 20 years. Becky was a trained cosmologist who owned and operated The Image Salon in Tupelo. She was a member of The Orchard United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, the beach and time spent with her cat, Maxi. Becky cherished her family and friends. She was a gracious host and a counselor to all. She had an energetic sprit and bright personality. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, September 6, 2014, at the Jefferson Street Chapel of W. E. Pegues Funeral Directors with Rev. Bryan Collier officiating. Survivors include one daughter, Kim Jackson (Eric) of Blue Springs; her mother, Annie Dyer of the Longview Community; one sister, Lisa Dyer of Atlanta, GA; three brothers, Michael Dyer (Debbie) of the Longview Community, Russell Dyer (Tracy) of the Randolph Community and Mitchell Dyer (Vicki) of the Longview Community; two grandchildren, Destanie and Georgia Jackson of Blue Springs. She was preceded in death by her father, Ray C. Dyer. Visitation will be 1 - 3 p.m. Saturday, September 6, 2014, at W. E. Pegues, Tupelo. Memorials may be made to Eight Days of Hope, P.O.
