Avo Hutcheson

Tupelo- Avo M. Hutcheson, 97, died Monday, October 29, 2018 at Sanctuary Hospice House. She was born June 28, 1921 near the Blair Community, to James Bell and Mandy Watson Erwin. She attended Cedar Hill School. She loved cats and always maintained a heart for strays. Avo was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Tupelo. She was baptized June 1, 1953.
Survivors include one daughter, Teresa Malley and her husband, Charles of Doylestown, Pennsylvania; two sons, Tommy Hutcheson and Terry Hutcheson, both of Tupelo; and two sisters, Annabelle Pate and Sarah Erwin, both of Mantee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Hutcheson; daughter, Margaret Ann; two sisters, Lola Hardin and Rose Hutcheson; brother, Herbert Erwin.
Visitation will be 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2018 at W.E. Pegues, Tupelo.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Camp Creek Cemetery with Bro. Leon Skipwith officiating.
